Wallace & Stratton is the inspiration of Ben Macky, a young go-ahead agent with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate. After building an incredible career in Blenheim, starting from nothing and culminating in selling 100 properties per year, and owning his own franchise, Ben decided he wanted to start his own business. Moving his young family to Auckland, where he knew no one, Ben based himself in Albany and started again, working from his garage. Now seven years on, Ben has built the business to a team of over 40 with offices in Orewa and Hobsonville.

Sarah has always had an interest in real estate purchasing her first investment property at a young age and forming an investment company which gave Sarah the start she needed in getting to know all about the real estate industry. Sarah then started her successful career as a real estate professional in 2006 and has a passion for real estate which is second to none. She excels in communication, organization, knowledge and experience. She is currently completing papers towards her Diploma in Real Estate.

Her knowledge of both the North Shore and West Auckland areas means she ranges widely in her efforts to support vendors and help purchasers. She prides herself on her integrity, openness and professionalism, ensuring she keeps you informed all the way through the process of buying and selling. Sarah loves helping people make their dreams a reality and looks forward to working with you for your next move.

Ashleigh Patton

PA/ Sales & Marketing

Ashleigh is Licensed and is an admin/marketing whizz supporting the team throughout the campaign. Sarah’s right-hand woman, officially Personal Assistant/Sales Assistant. Ashleigh will work behind the scenes to get everything ready for the sale of your property, while ensuring the marketing is top notch and looking great online.

Ashleigh has always had a passion for the arts, whether it is photography, graphic design or illustration. Following this passion, she completed a diploma in interior design before deciding to extend her knowledge of property and study her real estate license. Nearing the end of her license, a great opportunity to work with Sarah O’Gorman and is now a part of the Wallace Stratton team.
